Water Damage Testimonials
We are so happy with Chase and Paul at SERVPRO Wilson County! They arrived at 11:30pm and stopped the flooding in our basement. We could not have asked for a better team to help us... Thank you SERVPRO Wilson County!
These people, especially Paul have gone out of their way to make my house a home again. I can't say thank you enough!
I was very impressed with the kind & courteous workers you sent here. Especially Tony, Mihal, & Paul. They seemed to really care about the experience I was going through and did work as if it was their own home to fix up.
I appreciate the quick response by SERVPRO to a water emergency that occurred during an eleven day trip out of state due to the death of my wife. Craig Guspin and his crew worked very hard each time they worked at our house. Craig and his team have been responsive, professional and friendly. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we have received. -David R. Carrell, J.D.
Imagine water pouring out of the ceiling fan in an upstairs bedroom two minutes before Easter dinner. It's never good when an eighty gallon hot water heater lets go in the attic. SERVPRO was at our house and making it like it never happened in no time at all. They kept the damage to a minimum and were fantastic to work with. We wouldn't use anyone else.
Our agency uses SERVPRO for all our client's water related losses. They have always done a fantastic job with speed and professionalism. I would highly recommend them!
Jeff and his team did a great job saving my hardwood floors that had cupped due to a window leak.
I would like to strongly thank William and the team for the great work they did. Also we greatly appreciate the customer service SERVPRO provided and would highly recommend Jeff's shop for any unfortunate jobs in the future.
All SERVPRO employees were great. Great crew.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who finds their property suffering from water damage. They did outstanding work on my condo and now, it looks better than it did before.
